Personalized pieces that are made to order: this includes any initial, name, or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and anklets.

All name, year, initial, and engraved items are made-to-order and take a minimum of 2-3 weeks or 6-8 weeks for production before shipping (see product page for specific timeline). We can’t accept rush orders or cancellations. These items are final sale, no returns/refunds.

Meet Adina Eden, Founder & President of Adina Eden. From an early age in her life Adina Eden had a passion for jewelry and business.

Adina Eden has always had an implicit taste for Fashion and Accessories. As she progressed through college, designing & curating jewelry became her favorite hobby. She quickly fell in love with Fashion Jewelry and later ventured out and founded Adina Eden. Adina Eden was named after her grandmother, and she's been reminded of it her whole life. Adina Eden wanted to commemorate her grandmother's memory and show the world who she was. Adina Eden’s inspiration came from expressing herself in a way that she felt comfortable expressing herself. Jewelry “made me feel sane,” said Adina Eden. Adina Eden wants every girl who doesn’t feel confident in herself to put on her jewelry and make her feel like she can run the world.

As Adina Eden’s designs started making an impact in New York City, she turned to her mother and brother to help make Adina Eden a household name. Adina Eden has been determined to offer a unique line of trendsetting jewelry, at a reasonable cost, to fashionistas all around the world.

Jewelry Care

Adina Eden’s gold plated jewelry, is made of durable sterling silver coated with two generous layers of 14K gold. However, since it’s not made of pure gold, gold plated jewelry will not last forever. Our items are Sterling Silver & Plated in 14K Gold. We add an extra layer of tarnish resistance to avoid discoloration or rusting of any sort. We provide FREE repairs in the rare case of discoloration or defective pieces within 60 days of delivery.

You can keep your jewelry in tip-top shape by cleaning it, avoiding chemicals and storing it safely. Below, we’ve provided you with tips and tricks that will make your jewelry last as long as possible.

Wear

We recommend avoiding contact with soaps, lotions, and perfumes. Take your jewelry off when washing hands, showering and putting on lotions, fragrances and makeup. These products contain chemicals that will remove the shine of your jewelry over time.

Avoid swimming in your jewelry. Chlorine, the main chemical in pool water, can dull the finish, discolor, or even remove the coating from your items.

Don’t sweat with it. We recommend to avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising, as perspiration can cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish. While that nameplate necklace might look cute with your workout ensemble, the effects of wearing jewelry to the gym might just not be worth it.

Store

Storing your jewelry properly is just as important as taking care of it during wear.

We suggest storing your items in an airtight space, such as a container or a plastic bag, like the Adina Eden’s pouch that comes with our products. Keeping your jewelry away from humidity and other chemicals in the air.

If you are traveling, we recommend storing your jewelry in individual plastic bags/pouches, so that it will not get scratched or come in contact with clothing, shoes, or anything else that might be packed in your travel bag.

Clean

The best way to clean gold plated jewelry is with a soft cloth made of cotton or fine fibers. Make sure the cloth is dry and very gently scrub your jewelry. Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they can remove the finish of gold plated jewelry.

If you follow all of the above steps and take care of your items, your gold plated jewelry should look pristine for months.

We offer free returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

  4. Select a reimbursement method.

Do you offer product repairs?

We stand behind our product, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If an Adina Eden piece fails during normal wear within 60 days of delivery date due to a defect in material or workmanship, as solely determined by Adina Eden, we will repair the piece at no cost. Any decision to repair a piece of Adina Eden is subject to review and in Adina Eden sole discretion. Adina Eden may also refuse to repair any piece of jewelry for any reason. All customers must provide us with valid proof of purchase to receive a repair.

We ship to Brazil

International shipments are managed through Global-e, a trusted global e-commerce partner that ensures the best possible international shopping experience.
