Why this playbook

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program to 100M monthly social impressions and ran the paid ad engine next to it. The playbook here is the same: a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. The category is different. I have not run jewelry, so the claims sheet and your lead decide what a creator may say.

Why Adina Eden

  • 40%

A sitewide offer sits in the header

The site announces SAVE 40% OFF SITEWIDE!! as an offer. Creators mention it only when the lead confirms it is live that day.

    Published
  • 35%

A sign-up offer for new customers

SIGN UP & SAVE 35% OFF gives creators a clear first-purchase line, once the lead confirms it is running.

    Published
  • 14K

Plated and fine sit side by side

The store sells 14K Gold Plated pieces and 14K Lab Grown Diamond pieces. Creators have to keep the two apart on camera.

    Published
  • 2015

    Founded in 2015

Adina Eden.com lists a 2015 founding, so customers who already post their pieces may exist. I have not checked.

Part 4 of 15

Principles and workspace

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. At the starting inputs the simulator says $5.74, so every test is about closing that gap, not about likes.

  2. One variable per test

Same necklace, same clasp shot, only the hook changes. Seven videos per creator each week is enough volume to kill losers early.

  3. Claims come from the product page

Creators quote lines like Plating: 14K Gold Plated. Nothing about luck, healing or forever. The page says plated jewelry will not last forever.

  4. Pay for output, cap the downside

Three bands with caps from $600 to $1,500 and a $50 flat bonus past 100,000 views. The ceiling is $15,000 with all ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. Reports botAppMon 7:00 AM

Weekly report posted: videos live, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, hooks flagged to kill. Read before the briefing.

  2. MarisolMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: the Tiger Eye Cylinder Beaded Multi Bezel Charm Necklace, 662.00 BRL. Stone close-up and clasp shot are required. The hook is yours. Draft by Wednesday.

  3. JadeMon 11:10 AM

Can I call the Unakite necklace gold? A follower asked.

Say Plating: 14K Gold Plated. Not solid gold. The page says gold plated jewelry will not last forever, so no forever lines either.

  4. NoorWed 2:40 PM

Draft is up for the Lab Grown Diamond Dainty Round Huggie Earring 14K. Hook is the slow head turn.

Sent back: open on the earring, not on the intro. Keep the paid partnership label in line one and say Lab Grown Diamond out loud.

  5. Reports botAppFri 10:05 AM

One video passed 100,000 views, organic only. The $50 flat bonus is queued. One bonus per creator each month, so the next one waits.

  6. MarisolFri 3:30 PM

Check before posting: label on, claim lines match the sheet, no solid-gold words, no offer unless I confirmed it today.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Huggie close-up

    Brief 01

    Huggie close-up

“Lab Grown Diamond huggies, 14K. Here's how they sit on the ear.”

Phone on a stand, hair tucked back, slow turn of the head. Natural light first, then arm's length.

  2. One bangle, three outfits

    Brief 02

    One bangle, three outfits

“One bangle, three outfits. CZ Heart Encased Bangle Bracelet.”

Film the bangle on the wrist across three outfit changes. Same angle, one cut each.

  3. The whole stack

    Brief 03

    The whole stack

“My whole stack came from one jewelry store. Rings to chokers.”

Hand flat on a table. Add the ring, the bracelet and the earring in turn and say where each piece came from.

  4. Lab Grown unboxing

    Brief 04

    Lab Grown unboxing

“What does a Lab Grown Diamond charm look like on camera?”

Unbox in one take, read the product name aloud, bring the 14K detail close to the lens. No claims beyond the page.

  5. Made for me

    Brief 05

    Made for me

“I wanted a piece that felt like mine. Personalized jewelry.”

Talk to the camera by a mirror, hold the piece up, tell one story about why it feels personal. No script.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Plating: 14K Gold Plated”, “Stone Type: Natural Stone”, “Closure Type: Lobster Clasp”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Jewelry stylists already posting

Search outfit, stack and gift videos where jewelry is already worn. Adina Eden links Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest in the footer, so start where it already posts.

  • Customers who post their pieces

Tagged posts and reviews from buyers. They have worn the pieces. Ask them first and place them in the Starter band.

  • Occasion creators

Night Out, Date Night and Special Event are menu groups on the site. Recruit creators who already film those moments.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

No affiliate or ambassador page was found on the site, so the roster starts from scratch: one link, one brief, one report.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Wears jewelry on camera

Recent videos show necklaces, earrings or bracelets worn, not just held up.

  2. 2Hook first

Opens with a reason to stay in the first seconds, not with a greeting.

  3. 3Clean audio and light

Steady phone footage, lit well enough to show the stone and the plating.

  4. 4Takes a claims sheet

Quotes approved lines and asks when unsure, even about a favorite piece.

  5. 5Can post seven videos a week

Capacity for the weekly volume without recycling the same clip.

Part 7 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Newer creators with steady phone footage. One brief at a time and the lowest cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Proven hooks and clean edits. The band where most of the roster should sit.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Creators who bring audience and production. Highest cap, earned with clear results.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator each month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • Judged per video: only a video that passes 100,000 views earns the $50 flat.
  • Organic views only. Paid boosts of the same video do not count.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Simulator

At starting inputs the program reaches 1.8M views for $10,050, or $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Post organic first

Every video goes live on the creator's own account with the paid partnership label. Those views count as organic.

  2. Pick the winners

After the first week, hooks with the lowest cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target go on a shortlist.

  3. Confirm permission

Get written permission to run the video as an ad before any spend. Paid usage is a different conversation from the organic brief.

  4. Test one variable

Run the shortlisted video as an ad with one variable changed. Kill losers early and keep the hook library current.

  • Checkout carries Free Standard Shipping All Year round. Mention the U.S. orders $100+ line only to U.S. viewers.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Jewelry: plated, natural stone, Lab Grown

Adina Eden sells plated pieces, natural stone, CZ and 14K Lab Grown Diamond. Creators have to keep these apart in every line they say.

  • Say plated when it is plated

Gold pieces are 14K Gold Plated. The page says plated jewelry is sterling silver with two layers of 14K gold and will not last forever. Never say solid gold.

  • Name the stone as the page does

Natural Stone means natural stone. CZ means CZ. Use the product title word for word and never upgrade a CZ piece to a diamond.

  • Lab Grown stays Lab Grown

On the 14K fine pieces, say Lab Grown Diamond every time. Never drop Lab Grown from a hook, a caption or a voiceover.

  • No luck, healing or protection

Stones are color and texture on camera. No promises about luck, mood or health, even as a joke.

  • Disclose every video

Paid partnership label on, and the word ad or partner in the first line. A video without it earns no bonus.

  • Offers only while live

Mention 40% sitewide or 35% sign-up only when the lead confirms it is running that day. No invented deadlines and no comparisons to named brands.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
